• Items sold by Mera Wala Print.com are subject to state GST.
• Wallpaper color varies from lot, we do not guarantee that the colors will be exactly the same, especially with natural textured wallpaper. Our materials are not guaranteed against color fading. They are not guaranteed against shrinkage or discoloration due to washing or contact with any liquid.
• All orders are subject to stock availability.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• • Checks (We will start the production process only after the amount gets credited in our bank account).

Through our payment gateway which includes:

• Credit/Debit Cards: All major Credit or Debit Cards. We are not liable for any claims if the payment is made by an unauthorized person, or the payment is made without the consent from the card holder.
• Net Banking: Most of the major Nationalized and Private banks are included.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

• Your order requires processing time and shipping time. The processing time may be different for each item. To calculate the estimated arrival date, add the processing time and the shipping time, and remember to skip weekends and holidays. Once processed, your order will be delivered in 3-10 business days depending upon the location and on the volume of shipment.
• We will deliver your items as quickly as possible, but please note that the customized products usually take more time and will be produced as per the schedule of other orders. d.
• There is NO FREE SHIPPING on custom printing services.
• FREE SHIPPING is only applicable on printed products sold on the www.merawalaprint.com
• To make shipping cost simple and understandable, we charge only 6% of the invoice value (excluding GST) as shipping cost.
• Lead time for deliveries is subject to change without notice. You may receive your order in two or more separate deliveries and delivery times will vary depending on the products you have ordered.
• If a freight forwarder, hotel, office building, sub-contractor, upholsterer, workroom or hand-carrying is used, the following terms will apply:
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the only authorized person should receive the material. The buyer will have to send a separate email to share contact details of the authorized person.
• Mera Wala Print won’t be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Mera Wala Print shall not provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder.

INSTALLATIONS

• We charge Rs 20/- per sq. ft as the minimum price for installation of Wall Coverings only.
• We do not provide any other installation services for of our other products available on the portal.
• We provide Wall Covering installation services only in Delhi & NCR.
• The installation team can refuse to install the Wall Covering in following circumstances:
  • If there is seepage on the wall
  • If there is loose plaster or the wall surface needs some repair work
  • If the paint quality is not fit for the installation. Some cheaper paints or putti doesn’t provide good adhesion with the wall and remain loose.
• NO CLAIM WILL BE ALLOWED if the customer still ask for the installation even if he/she is aware of the problems on the wall surface.
• We give installation services only for the product produced by Mera Wala Print.
• Measurements provided by the customers are their responsibility. NO CLAIM OR NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE ALLOWED in case of wrong measurements
• We are fully responsible for the measurements we take during the site visit
• If you have any issues with your installation date and need to reschedule, call us as soon as possible in order to initiate rescheduling process.
• Painting and Construction (for newly constructed rooms/houses). Be sure all construction is completely closed in with drywall, plaster finish and paint ready. Allow one week for freshly painted areas to dry and cure before the wallcovering installation date.
• Wallcovering installation is a decoration process which is customized to fit the style of your home. As in any decoration process, there is always a chance of unforeseen issues. Some issues cannot be detected until the installation process has begun (i.e., moisture damage, walls with structural damage, etc.).
• Adhesives used for the installation can produce strong odors. It may be necessary to ventilate your home after the installation
• Removal of Existing Wallcovering. If you have existing Wall Covering installed, you will have to remove this and make the wall ready prior to the new Wall Covering installation. We can certainly help you with this too but at extra cost.
• An adult over 18 years of age with the authority to make decisions must be present at the time of installation.
• Please remove all fixtures such as sculptures, artwork, TV, mirrors and heavy furniture in order to make the installation process smooth and efficient.
• The day of the installation you will be provided with an installation approval form for you to fill out and approve the job that has been done.

LEGAL

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY OF CUSTOMER. YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE WALLPAPER COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, LICENSORS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS AND SHALL REIMBURSE US FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) INCURRED BY US IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIMS, SUITS, JUDGMENTS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
