HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

The website is designed to make it simple and self-explanatory. We would advise you to explore the site before you make any choice. You can also type keywords into the search box to find an ideal design suitable for printing as a Wall Covering, Canvas Print, Home Furnishing, etc. However, you can place an order by the following options:

 

Option 1

    • Select the DESIGN COLLECTION link from the top right corner of the website
    • Choose from Wall Coverings or Art Canvas Prints or Home Furnishing

 

If you are looking for Wall Coverings:

    • Select from sub-category i.e. Abstract, Forest, Landscapes, Brick Wall, etc
    • Select the design or Image of your choice.
    • Click on the pattern density (only available with seamless patterns) and select the wall covering texture of your choice from the drop-down menu and feed the print size
    • Choose whether you want installation services* or not
    • Now you will see the amount (excluding GST)
    • Click ‘ADD TO CART

 

If you are looking for Canvas Prints:

    • Select from sub-category i.e. Abstract, Landscapes, Modern, etc
    • Select the Artwork or painting of your choice.
    • Choose ‘Type of Canvas’ from the dropdown menu and select from available pre-defined sizes
    • Now you will see the amount (excluding GST)
    • Click ‘ADD TO CART

 

If you are looking for Home Furnishing Products:

Option 2

  • Select the PRINTING SERVICES link from the main menu near the ‘merawalaprint’ logo
  • Choose the type of printing from the page i.e. Wall Covering, Vinyl, Window Graphics etc
  • Read about the media and understand its application
  • Click ‘UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN’ link near the picture
  • A pop-up will appear
  • Choose the file from your computer or paste the third party URL. Please read our ‘Tutorials & Guides’ before you upload any of your files. These tutorials & guides are there to tell you about various parameters which will help you in making your prints look vibrant and high quality
  • Add as many files as you want and click upload.
  • Now you will see an order form with the total amount of the order. Please make sure that you have checked the order before you make the final payment
  • THAT’S IT!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE?

Payments can be made through NEFT, Debit, or Credit Card only.

NO CASH DEPOSITS ARE ALLOWED.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option as each service is completed on an individual basis.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?

To make it simple, we charge only 6% of the invoice value (excluding GST) as the shipping cost for anywhere in India. Shipments are limited to only Tier 1 and Tier 2 areas.

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of order placement. Shipment of your order may take up to 5-7 working days after dispatch to reach you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PARCEL?

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF IT FAILS TO MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?

CAN THE PHOTO BE CROPPED, RETOUCHED OR ITS COLOR CHANGED?

Certainly, photo cropping and color change options are available on the design page. To make further changes, provide their detailed description in the comment section of the order. Upon receiving it, our graphic designers will contact you to determine the order details. The costs for this type of service are established on an individual basis.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS REGARDING MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will be notified of each change in your order status by email. The order status is designed specifically to provide this service:

  • placed – the order has been placed correctly;
  • paid – the payment has been processed correctly;
  • in progress – the order has been sent to the Seller and it is being processed;
  • shipped – Your parcel has been transferred to DHL. Along with the mailing notification, you will receive an e-mail with the waybill number to track your parcel until the moment of delivery;
  • Delivered – the product has successfully been delivered.

ARE THE PRINT COLORS IDENTICAL WITH THE COLORS OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS OR DESIGNS VISIBLE ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN?

The colors of the images seen on the screen may differ slightly from the actual colors on the printout. These differences may be due to the individual settings of your monitor.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM NOT CONFIDENT ON HOW TO SEND A HIGH-RESOLUTION FILE FOR PRINTING?

THE DELIVERED PRINT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.

Contact the Seller as soon as possible by writing to: info@merawalaprint.com We will try to complete or re-print your order as quickly as possible.

WILL THE IMAGE GET DEFORMED IF I ENTER A RANDOM SIZE?

If it turns out that the image is distorted due to a size interference caused by the size parameters you defined during the printing preparation process, we will contact you regarding potential changes in the size or image cropping to maintain the proportions. Cropping suggestions will be e-mailed to you. We will never make any decisions without consulting the customer.

CAN I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?

We keep on sending the discount coupons to our registered customers around festivals throughout the year. We do not offer discounts on regular basis.
