Refund & Cancellation Policy

MERA WALA PRINT is a customized Print-On-Demand portal and we put great efforts to customize and print on over 50 different types of printable substrates. You can either choose Wall Coverings and Canvas Art Prints from our design library or you can send us your designs and creatives and we deliver prints as per your specific requirements.

With over 16 years of experience, we make all efforts to deliver you a quality product in terms of substrate durability, print quality & colours with best care in terms of shipment & packaging. However, we do acknowledge that there can be some situations where our customers would request for a product return /refund.

 

AS PER OUR ORDER REFUND POLICY, WE MAY OFFER A REFUND ONLY IN CERTAIN FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

  • Incorrect specifications in terms of type of substrate, size and / or design provided or approved by the customer. The print will either get replaced or the amount will be refunded in following cases:
  • If the customer has ordered a print on Type A media and he/she gets the print on Type B
  • If the size of the print is not as per the specifications. Prints with size difference of more than 2cm on either side shall be entitled for a refund or replacement. We would request you to keep your print size slightly bigger. It is always better to get a bigger print instead of a smaller print.
  • If the design of the print is not what you have asked for

 

Damaged or tampered prints

  • If the edges of the prints are damaged beyond its usability and cannot be used at all.
  • If the lamination has wrinkles in case of laminated prints. Laminated prints should not be rolled reverse to make them straight at any cost. Reverse rolled prints may get wrinkled and are not entitled for any refund or replacement.

 

Wall Covering tiles are of different colours

  • Large Wall Coverings are printed in the tile format with 0.5 inch overlap. If any of the tiles has visible colour difference, we will first attempt to change the tile with colour difference and if it doesn’t help, we would initiate a replacement of complete Wall Covering or refund the full amount.

 

AS PER OUR ORDER REFUND POLICY, WE MAY NOT OFFER A REFUND IN CERTAIN FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

 

Outer cardboard packaging damage

  • Sometimes you may find the damaged or partially opened outer cardboard packaging. This may happen during security check at the airport or during transit, but it is not necessary that the prints may also get damaged as we take every precaution while packing the prints. There shall not be any replacement or refund in case of damaged outer packaging, but the contents are in good condition.

 

Picture Quality:

  • If a customer sends us their own designs, creatives in PDFs, JEPG or any other file format, we do a quick review (NOT DETAILED REVIEW) of the pictures used in the artworks/files and inform the customer if we find any issue in the picture quality. If customer agrees on the issue and reconfirm the order by sending us the email, the print shall NOT be entitled for any refund or replacement.
  • If a customer selects any of our design or image for Wall Covering or for Canvas Art Print, we make sure that we only have hi-resolution images in our library. If we have any doubt on the quality of any of the images, we wouldn’t have either uploaded the image in our library or if we have, we would inform the customer and cancel the order. If a customer still insists and agrees on the quality issue, the print shall NOT be entitled for any refund or replacement.

 

Wrong Application

  • All the printable medias (Substrates) are well defined as per their applications and duration of usage. Indoor prints are suitable for indoor applications only and so is with outdoor prints. We do not guarantee the life of a print if a customer uses indoor prints in outdoor conditions and complain about its durability. Such wrong applications shall NOT be entitled for any refund or replacement.
  • If a customer uses a frontlit print in a lightbox as frontlit prints are not suitable for backlit applications.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  There is not any provision for CASH Refunds. It can only be done in any of the following formats;

  • Through Bank Transfers/ NEFT
  • By Cheque

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ON REFUND PROCESS:

  • Inform us immediately (within 24 hours) about the situation by sending an email to info@merawalaprint.com so that we can take necessary measures at the earliest.
  • Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at info@merawalaprint.com
  • Send us the order back to us in its original shipping package within 5 working days. The customer must bear the applicable shipping and handling charges involved in the process. Mera Wala Print shall not be liable to bear any shipping and/or handling costs involved in returning the product order back to the company.   • If both the parties agree to finally initiate the refund, it will be processed within 5 working days only after we receive the rejected shipment back in our office.
