Mera Wala Print is a customized service provider and therefore we produce, print, pack and ship every order as per the instructions fed by the user on our portal at the time of order. We offer FREE SHIPMENT across India. 

• We ship our custom prints anywhere in India, through leading courier services and we take great care while packing and shipping your orders so that you get them in perfect condition.
• Doorstep delivery is only possible in the metro cities or the places covered by the courier companies.
• If our shipping partners do not service your area, we inform you before printing your wallpaper and refund your payment within 5 working days.
• All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of order placement. Shipment of your order may take up to 5-7 working days after dispatch to reach you.
• For any product replacement, buyer must bear the expenses for sending it to back to our production house in Delhi.
• Product replacement is entitled only when we get the original shipment in the original packing along with the photographs of the damaged product.
• Customer can also assign any courier company of his/her choice to pickup and deliver any product to his/her desired location. In that case, our replacement policy will be entitled only on the wrong product shipment. The product shall not be replaced because of the damaged shipment. However, we will use the standard procedure of packing to make sure that the product should reach to its destination in perfect condition.
